Our Atlantic Coast offers endless inspiration for local Nautical Shop artist-photographers. An image, especially a positive print, recorded by exposing a photosensitive surface to light, especially in a camera is considered a photograph. Technology has enabled the photographer to utilize techniques that optimize his or her creativity and interpretive skills with images that can be manipulated or enhanced. As in the case of limited edition prints, the artist/ photographer will inform the collector of his or her process and how many images will be offered and in circulation.
